Overview

The Kooks Stainless Headers are constructed from 304 stainless steel with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges. These headers feature a round port design and retain the stock bolt pattern. With 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primaries, they are designed for improved exhaust flow.

These headers are specifically designed for 1999-2013 GM 1/2 Ton Trucks and 2000-2013 SUVs equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engines. They include necessary gaskets and bolt kits for installation. Please note that these headers do not connect directly to OEM exhaust systems and require a Kooks Y-Pipe or dual exhaust connections.

The Kooks Stainless Headers are engineered from premium 304 stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance and durability. They feature robust 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a precise seal and round port designs that maintain the stock bolt pattern for a direct fit. The 1-7/8" diameter mandrel-bent primaries are designed to optimize exhaust gas scavenging and flow efficiency. These long tube headers are specifically designed for 1999-2013 GM 1500 Series Trucks and 2000-2014 SUVs equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engines. The kit includes PY-8024-AL Gaskets, BK110 Header Bolt Kit, and BK114 Ball & Socket Bolt Kit to facilitate installation. It is important to note that these headers do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust system. The use of these headers necessitates the installation of a Kooks Y-Pipe or appropriate dual exhaust connections to complete the system.
