1-7/8" Stainless Headers Non-Catted

The Kooks 1-7/8" Stainless Headers are a performance-focused exhaust upgrade for 2006-2020 LX Platform vehicles equipped with 6.1L and 6.4L Hemi engines. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-7/8 inch diameter primary tubes and 3 inch diameter collectors designed for optimal exhaust flow. This kit (part #3101H410) includes non-catted, OEM connection pipes, intended for off-road or racing applications. They are designed to connect to any aftermarket exhaust system using stock mounting points and come complete with all necessary hardware and O2 sensor extensions. Kooks headers have demonstrated significant horsepower gains on stock and modified 6.1L motors during dyno testing. Installation of these headers is recommended with OEM D-Port exhaust gaskets (part numbers 5038098AA and 5038099AA). Furthermore, custom tuning is highly recommended after installation to properly adjust fuel settings, ensure engine safety, and prevent a Check Engine Light.
