1-7/8" Stainless Long Tube Headers

The Kooks 1-7/8" Stainless Headers are performance-oriented long tube headers engineered specifically for the 2015-2026 Ford Mustang GT models equipped with the 5.0L 4V engine. These headers are constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. They feature 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a precise fit and 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primaries designed to maximize exhaust flow. The design maintains a stock bolt pattern for easier integration. Included with the headers are part number 755392 gaskets, as well as oxygen sensor extension harnesses: CAS-105979 for 2015-2017 vehicles and CAS-109677-8 for 2018+ vehicles. Installation bolt kits BK109 and BK114 are also provided. Installation of these headers requires Kooks Front Connection pipes and either OEM Adapters (part number 11513000) or an aftermarket X-Pipe / H-Pipe exhaust system. These headers are also available as part of comprehensive Header and Connection Kits, specifically part numbers 1151H432 and 1151H442.
