1-7/8" Stainless Long Tube Headers

The Kooks 1-7/8" Stainless Headers are specifically engineered for the 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette C5 models equipped with the LS1/LS6 5.7L engine. Constructed from durable stainless steel, these long tube headers feature a 1-7/8" primary tube diameter that steps up to a 3" collector, designed to optimize exhaust flow and performance. This is the Race Version, which includes O2 fittings and merge collectors for enhanced tuning capabilities. However, these headers are intended solely for competition use and are manufactured and sold for installation on vehicles used for competition purposes only. They do not connect directly to the factory exhaust system and will require the use of a Kooks X-Pipe for proper integration. These headers are built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated production and shipping window of 4-6 weeks. Options for enhancing the headers include various Jet-Hot Ceramic Coatings (Classic Polish, Satin Silver, Satin Black, Flat Black) and an optional tumbling service.
