1-7/8" Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers

The Kooks Custom Headers 22602400 are specifically engineered 1-7/8" x 3" stainless steel long tube headers, designed to enhance the performance of the 2016-2024 Chevrolet Camaro SS and ZL1 models equipped with the LT1 6.2L engine. Constructed from durable stainless steel, these headers are built to withstand high temperatures and provide a significant increase in horsepower and torque. The package includes all necessary installation hardware, such as Cometic multi-layer gaskets, Stage 8 bolts, Torca clamps, and O2 extensions, ensuring a comprehensive solution. Please note that these headers do not directly connect to the factory OEM exhaust system. Their installation requires the use of Kooks connection pipes or a compatible Kooks full exhaust system. Additionally, a warning is provided regarding potential exposure to Chromium and Nickel, chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. These headers are built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks. Options for Jet-Hot ceramic coating in various finishes and a tumbling service are available at an additional cost.
