1-7/8" Stepped Long Tube Headers w/ 3" GESI GREEN Catted Mid-Pipes

The Kooks 1-7/8" x 2" x 3" Signature Series Stepped Long Tube Headers and 3" HO GREEN Catted Connect Pipes are a premium exhaust upgrade for 2009-2023 Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, and Chrysler 300C models equipped with the 5.7L VVT Hemi RWD engine. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers feature equal-length primary tubes that step from 1-7/8" to 2" in diameter, leading to 3" fire cone collectors. The system includes custom 3" mid-pipes fitted with GESI GREEN catalytic converters, which are EPA legal, high-platinum, and capable of handling high exhaust gas temperatures for up to 850 horsepower. The D-port header flange is designed for an exact port match to the 5.7L Hemi engine. Installation is facilitated by the inclusion of all necessary hardware and O2 sensor extensions. The mid-pipes are made to connect to any aftermarket exhaust system using stock mounting locations. To ensure optimal engine performance and prevent the illumination of the Check Engine Light, custom tuning is strongly recommended when installing long tube headers. High Horse Performance (HHP) offers email tunes specifically for these headers. It is important to note that this system **does not fit AWD cars**.
