Overview

Constructed from large-diameter stainless steel with smooth-flowing mandrel-bent tubing, these headers feature 1.875-inch primary tubes and 3.0-inch collectors. They include necessary gaskets, bolts, and oxygen sensor extensions. Kooks headers are also available with various connection pipe options, including off-road (non-catted), high-flow catalytic converters, or ultra-high performance GREENCATS catalytic converters.

The Kooks Headers 21612401 are specifically engineered 1-7/8" x 3" stainless steel long tube headers designed to enhance the performance of the 2006-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 (6.2L LS9) and ZR1 (7.0L LS7) models. These headers feature updated Torca Swivel-Seal connections, which provide an improved and more secure fitment. Included with the headers is a comprehensive installation hardware kit, comprising multi-layer stainless steel gaskets (SS-755820), a header bolt kit (BK110), Swivel-Seal clamps (JI-K61003), an O2 extension harness kit (CAS-105630) for rear O2 sensors, and a transmission cooler line relocation bracket (K60015). Kooks Headers also offers various coating options, including Extreme 1300 Degree Ceramic Coating in Classic Polish (Silver), Satin Silver, Satin Black, and Flat Black, to further enhance durability and thermal management. Additionally, a tumbling service is available for an additional fee. These headers are built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks.
