Overview

The Kooks 34002400 is a set of headers designed for the 2006-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 with the 6.1L HEMI engine. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-7/8" diameter tubing. They include oxygen sensor extensions and must be used with Kooks intermediate pipes.

The Kooks Headers 34002400 are 1-7/8" x 3" long tube headers engineered from durable 304 stainless steel tubing, specifically designed for the 2006-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 models equipped with the 6.1L Hemi engine. This header set comes complete with all necessary gaskets, installation hardware, and O2 extension kits (1-18" and 1-6") to facilitate a straightforward installation. It is important to note that these Kooks headers are designed as part of a system and do not directly connect to the factory OEM exhaust system. Installation requires the use of compatible Kooks connection pipes. Additionally, for optimal performance and fit, professional installation is often recommended, as header installation can be a complex procedure. Kooks offers optional Jet-Hot coatings, such as Extreme 1300 Degree Ceramic Coating in various finishes, to further enhance thermal management and durability, available for an additional cost. These headers are built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks.
