1.75-Inch Primary Full-Length Headers

The Doug's Headers D334 is a performance-grade, full-length header system engineered for 1963-1982 Chevrolet C2/C3 Corvettes equipped with small block V8 engines. The construction features CNC mandrel-bent tubes for precise fitment and optimal flow, complemented by 3/8-inch thick machined flanges to prevent warping. Constructed from durable 16-gauge steel, these headers have 1.75-inch primary tubing and a 3.0-inch collector port diameter. They come with a metallic ceramic coating, which acts as a thermal barrier to lower under-hood temperatures, protect against thermal fatigue, and enhance corrosion resistance. The coating is polished to a high-luster aluminum appearance. Gaskets and mounting hardware are included for installation. Fitment notes indicate these headers will fit most angle plug heads and D-Port cylinder heads, including ZZ4 crate engines. However, they will NOT fit GM Fast Burn head PN 19300955 or SP350, SP383, and ZZ6 engines. Installation may require removal or modification of locking steering columns. For vehicles with A/C, a specific left side A/C bracket (part number H7608) is required, although 1979 and later models with short compressors can utilize the stock bracket. The product is considered a Non-Emissions Related part and is legal for sale and use in all 50 states.
