The Kooks Headers 1 7/8in x 3in Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers are designed for maximum power output. Constructed from T-304 Air Craft Quality Steel, these headers are manufactured in the USA and come with a limited lifetime warranty. They feature O2 fittings with merge collectors and include an O2 extension harness kit.

The Kooks Headers long tube headers are specifically engineered for the 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 equipped with GM LSX Series engines. Crafted from durable 18-gauge T-304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-7/8" primaries and 3" outlets with TORCA balled collectors for improved fitment and performance. The manufacturing process includes laser-cut 3/8” thick stainless steel flanges, hand-ground ports for smooth flow, and Kooks scavenging spikes in each collector. Installation includes all necessary gaskets, bolts, studs, and oxygen sensor extension harnesses. Please note that these headers do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust and require a Kooks X-Pipe or a Kooks Header-Back exhaust system. Additionally, a tune is required to achieve the maximum performance benefits, and the OEM catalytic converters will need to be removed. These products are not legal for sale, installation, or use on a licensed vehicle in the state of California and do not meet CARB compliance.
