1.86 Inch Pulley Hub with 10-Bolt Pattern

The Griptec ZPE MKII hub is engineered to facilitate the use of the smallest possible pulleys on factory GM supercharged vehicles, including those equipped with LSA, LS9, LT4, and LT5 engines. This precision-machined component boasts an outer diameter of just 1.86 inches, enabling the fitment of pulley sizes smaller than 2.15 inches. This allows for more aggressive pulley ratios and potential power gains when paired with an appropriate pulley upgrade. The hub itself is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel (304SS) and features a highly precise bore tolerance of +_ 0.00015 inches. This tight tolerance ensures consistent and repeatable performance during the press-fit installation of the pulley onto the hub. Included with the hub are ten custom CNC-machined M5 screws, crafted from aerospace-grade Titanium 6AL-4V. These screws are designed with a T30 Torx shoulder socket cap head, offering both weight savings and enhanced strength compared to standard fasteners. The M5x0.08 thread pitch used for these screws is specific to this hub design.
