1.875-inch Primary Tube Full-Length Performance Header

The JBA 6819S is a full-length performance header engineered for 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvettes equipped with the 6.0L (2005-2007) or 6.2L (2008-2013) V8 engine. Constructed from durable, large-diameter, mandrel-bent steel tubing with a 1.875-inch primary tube diameter and 2.5-inch collector port diameter, this header is designed for maximum performance gains and high RPM efficiency. It features robust 3/8-inch thick CNC laser-cut flanges and oversized exhaust ports, along with the patented JBA Firecone® collector for smooth exhaust flow. The header is also equipped with O2 sensor provisions, and extensions are included for easy integration. The uncoated, matte grey finish contributes to its performance-oriented appearance.
