Overview

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1.875-inch primary tubes and a 3-inch slip-fit collector. They are designed to bolt up to the factory exhaust or a Stainless Works 3-inch exhaust system and include all necessary hardware, O2 extensions, clamps, and hangers.

Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers boast 1.875-inch diameter primary tubes that transition into a 3-inch slip-fit collector. The flanges are 3/8-inch thick and CNC laser-cut for precision. Designed for increased horsepower, they can connect directly to the factory exhaust system or integrate with a Stainless Works 3-inch exhaust system. The package includes all required O2 extensions, stainless steel clamps, hangers, and mounting hardware for a complete installation. These long tube headers are specifically designed for the 2006-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.7L engine and the SRT-8 6.1L engine. Fitment can be confirmed using the vehicle search tool on the product page. When combined with a Stainless Works cat-back exhaust system (P/N 607228) and a retune, these headers have been dyno tested to increase performance by 62 hp and 74 ft-lbs of torque over stock.
