The INDISA bare cylinder head is a direct replacement part designed for 1.8L 8V GM FLEX engines featuring a roller tappet system (sistema roletado). For Chevrolet, applications include the Corsa/Classic (2006-2009), Montana (2006-2010, Corsa front), and Meriva (2006-2012). For Fiat, it fits the Palio/Weekend/Adventure (2006-2010), Strada/Adventure/Trekking (2006-2010), Siena/Idea (2006-2010), Punto (2008-2010), Stilo (2006-2011), and Doblo/Cargo (2006-2010). Crucially, this cylinder head is exclusively for the "tucho fino roletado" (fine roller tappet) system. It is not compatible with 1.8L 8V engines produced between 2002 and 2005, which utilize a "tucho grosso/não-roletado" (coarse/non-roller tappet) system. Installation by specialized professionals is highly recommended. Improper installation or misuse can lead to the loss of the 90-day warranty. Warranty claims require proof of professional installation via a service invoice and the original sales receipt.
