1.8T 20V / 2.0T FSI Rifle-Drilled Connecting Rod Set

The CTS Turbo 144x20 rifle-drilled connecting rods are designed as a direct replacement for enhanced performance in 1.8T 20V and 2.0T FSI engines. Each set includes four connecting rods measuring 144mm center-to-center with a 20mm wrist pin diameter, specifically intended for use with aftermarket pistons. These connecting rods feature rifle drilling as standard, a process that ensures consistent oil flow to critical areas. The big and small end bores are honed in-house to precise tolerances, and all rods undergo rigorous quality control, including CMM measurement of critical dimensions. The rods are matched for weight to within +/- 1 gram. They come equipped with genuine ARP 2000 rod bolts, measuring 3/8″. The wrist pin style is non-tapered, requiring aftermarket pistons with 20mm wrist pins. Fitment is extensive, covering various Audi and Volkswagen models. For Audi, this includes A4 (1996-2001 B5/B5.5 1.8T 20V, 2002-2005 B6 1.8T 20V, and 2005-2008 B7 2.0T FSI), A6 (1998-2004 C5 1.8T 20V and 2005-2011 C6 2.0T FSI), A6 Allroad (1998-2004 C5 1.8T 20V and 2005-2011 C6 2.0T FSI), TT (2000-2006 MK1 8N 1.8T 20V and 2008-2015 MK2 8J 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines only), TTS (2008-2015 MK2 8J 2.0T FSI), A3 (1996-2003 MK1 8L 1.8T 20V and 2006-2013 MK2 8P 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines only), and S3 (1996-2003 MK1 8L 1.8T 20V and 2006-2013 MK2 8P 2.0T FSI). For Volkswagen, fitment covers Golf (1993-1999.5 MK3 2.0L 8V/16V ABF, 1999-2005 MK4 1.8T 20V/2.0L 8V), GTI (1999-2005 MK4 1.8T 20V and 2006-2009 MK5 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines only), Golf R (2012 MK6 2.0T FSI), Corrado (1988-1995 A3 G60/2.0L 16V ABF), Jetta/Jetta GLI (1993-1999 MK3 2.0L 8V/16V ABF, 1999-2005 MK4 1.8T 20V/2.0L 8V, and 2006-2010 MK5 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines only), Beetle (1998-2011 1C/9C/1Y 1.8T 20V, 2.0L 8V, & 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines only), Passat (1998-2005 B5/B5.5 1.8T 20V and 2006-2010 B6 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines only), and EOS (2006-2015 1F7 2.0T FSI timing belt driven engines only).
