The CTS Turbo 1.8T 20V fuel rail is engineered for Audi and VW vehicles aiming for significant power upgrades. Machined in-house from solid T6061 aluminum, this component provides a robust solution for high-performance fueling needs. It is designed and made in Canada, ensuring quality manufacturing. Key features include -8ORB ports, which simplify the installation of custom fuel lines and a fuel pressure regulator (FPR). Mounting bolts and spacers are included to facilitate the installation process. It is important to note that this fuel rail is not a direct replacement for the stock fuel system and requires custom fuel lines and professional installation. Additionally, for AMB engines equipped with short injectors, 12mm injector extensions (CTS-HW-0149) must be used to ensure proper fitment and function. This fuel rail is compatible with a range of Audi and VW models from approximately 1996 to 2008, specifically those equipped with the 1.8T engine.
