The Carrot Top Tuning 1.8T Ignition Coil Pack Replacement Harness V3 is designed to replace brittle and heat-damaged factory wiring found on VW/Audi 1.8T engines. If you're experiencing issues like misfires, check engine lights, or intermittent ignition problems after replacing coils and spark plugs, this harness is likely the solution. This upgraded harness is constructed in-house by Carrot Top Tuning using high-temperature automotive-grade wire and genuine VW/Audi connectors to ensure quality and durability. It features a plug-and-play design, meaning no splicing is required, for a straightforward installation. The design improves upon the factory harness's reliability and is intended to maintain OEM compatibility while providing enhanced longevity. Volkswagen and Audi have discontinued the original factory harness, making this Carrot Top Tuning version the only direct replacement currently available. The harness includes a pre-installed VSS connector. Pinout information for the driver side body harness connector and the ECU side connector is provided for installation reference.
