The Phenix Engineering 1.8T Injector Cups provide a permanent solution to the cracking and leaking issues common in factory plastic injector seats, which are often exposed to extreme heat and fuel degradation. Each cup is precision-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum on CNC lathes and finished with a hard-coat anodized surface to ensure long-term durability. Designed specifically for 2002-2005 B6 A4 1.8T engines using engine codes AMB, AUQ, BAM, BFP, AWT, BFB, and some BEA variants, this kit replaces part number 06B133555H. The cups feature a tighter-fitting O-ring design to maintain a secure seal under high-boost applications and include specially developed threads to ensure perfect fitment within the manifold. Each kit comes complete with sealing compound, new Buna-N injector O-rings, a wire brush for cleaning manifold threads, and a 17/20mm installation tool. For proper installation, the intake manifold must be removed from the vehicle to prevent contaminants from entering the engine. Proper cleaning of the manifold threads is required prior to installing the new components.
