Description

The Phenix Engineering 1.8T Injector Cups are designed to replace the failure-prone stock plastic injector cups found in VW/Audi 1.8T engines. These original plastic components can develop cracks due to heat and fuel exposure, leading to leaks and driveability problems such as P0170 Fuel Trim Malfunction. Replacing them with Phenix Engineering's billet aluminum cups offers a permanent solution. These injector cups are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum sourced in the USA and are clear hard-coat anodized for maximum durability. The kit includes Buna-N o-rings for improved sealing under high boost applications, new sealant, a wire brush for cleaning manifold threads, and a specialized install tool. Installation requires the intake manifold to be removed to prevent debris from entering the engine. The manifold's threads must be thoroughly cleaned before installing the new cups. This product is made in the USA and is a direct replacement for OEM part number 06B133555C. Fits the following Engine codes: AMU / ATW /AWM / AWD /AWW /ATC /AWP / some BEA.
