1.98-Inch V-Band Blow-Off Valve

The valve body and all internal components are precisely CNC-machined from durable 6061 aluminum alloy, featuring a substantial 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides a clean, unique aesthetic and incorporates stainless steel hardware for lasting, corrosion-free durability. To ensure reliable operation, the valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is securely clamped to prevent sticking or dislodging. The valve stem and guide are treated with a Teflon lubricant and hard anodize coating for enhanced wear resistance. Included with the Blow Off Valve is a custom-machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, complete with an oversized 10mm hose barb designed for rapid actuator response. The actuator itself is equipped with a high-temperature, Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm, ensuring longevity under demanding conditions. TiAL has achieved a remarkable 60% increase in flow compared to the original design through extensive research and development, allowing for more air to be discharged per cycle, making this one of the highest flowing blow-off valves available on the market. This product is designed and manufactured in the USA and comes with TiAL's limited warranty. A 10psi (-20inHG) spring is included.
