1.98-Inch V-Band Clamp Kit

The valve body and all internal components are precision CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy, and it features a substantial 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve. Its V-band design aluminum mounting clamp ensures a clean aesthetic with durable, corrosion-free stainless steel hardware. This blow-off valve utilizes a Viton O-ring for its valve seal, which is clamped in place to prevent sticking and accidental removal. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for enhanced wear resistance. It also includes a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting with an oversized 10mm hose barb for rapid actuator response, and the actuator is equipped with a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for longevity. Through extensive research and development, TiAL has achieved a 60% increase in flow rate compared to the original design, meaning significantly more air is expelled per cycle. This positions it as one of the highest-flowing blow-off valves available on the market. The product is designed and manufactured in the USA and comes with a TiAL limited warranty. An unpainted 10psi (-20inHG) spring is included as standard.
