1.98-inch V-Band Wastegate with 6061 Aluminum Body

The TiAL Q Blow Off Valve represents a significant advancement, being the first revision of the original TiAL BOV and boasting the highest flow rate on the market. Its construction features a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy body and internal components, centered around a substantial 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides a sleek and distinctive look, secured with Stainless Steel hardware for enduring corrosion resistance. Inside, a Viton O-ring forms the valve seal, clamped to prevent sticking or dislodging. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodized for superior wear resistance. This unit is capable of supporting up to 1,800 horsepower and comes with a special spring option for supercharged vehicles, as well as springs for various vacuum levels. Included with the Q BOV is a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, featuring an oversized 10mm hose barb for rapid actuator response. An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is provided with each unit, with Stainless Steel available at an additional cost. The use of 6061 aluminum also allows for a choice of anodized colors, including Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black.
