Description

The Proformance ALHDELETE is an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) delete kit engineered for Volkswagen vehicles equipped with the 1.9L ALH engine, specifically models from 1998 to 2004. This kit offers a permanent solution to EGR system issues, which can often lead to carbon buildup within the intake manifold. By removing the EGR system, this delete kit prevents soot from entering the intake, thereby helping to keep the manifold cleaner. This can also contribute to improved turbo response and potentially extend engine life by minimizing the recirculation of exhaust gases. The components are constructed from aluminum alloy with a hard anodized silver finish, indicating durability and resistance to corrosion. This EGR delete is intended for off-road use only.
