Description

The system centers on a new 1.9L LSA supercharger, complemented by a suite of supporting hardware to ensure proper integration and engine cooling. Key components include a 3-bar MAP sensor, IAT sensor, and a fully customizable cooling array consisting of a ZL1 heat exchanger, a Bosch heat exchanger pump, and a dedicated 1-quart reservoir tank with a sealed relay harness. Fuel delivery is addressed through an E85-safe 6AN fuel line kit with quick-connects, along with customer-selectable fuel rails and Bosch fuel injectors. Installation requires several supporting modifications, as items such as a cold air intake, fuel pump upgrade, and spark plugs are not included and are recommended for proper operation. Additionally, certain models may require a DOD (Displacement on Demand) delete. The kit features a 105.5-inch belt, an 8-rib LSA tensioner, and an ICT billet alternator bracket to accommodate the forced induction setup.
