The Steeda rear swaybar is a precision-engineered suspension component designed to enhance the handling, balance, and responsiveness of the 2013 and newer Ford Fusion, including the 2017 Fusion Sport. Providing a 30% increase in stiffness over the factory rear bar, this upgrade significantly reduces understeer and body roll, offering more stable cornering during aggressive driving. Constructed from solid 1-inch steel, the bar is manufactured using CNC bending equipment to ensure structural integrity. It features billet steel welded ends rather than the crushed ends found on some factory components, which are susceptible to failure over time. The kit is finished in a durable silver powder coat to resist corrosion and includes greaseable polyurethane bushings and zinc-plated mounting brackets for improved longevity and ease of maintenance. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, this swaybar is compatible with both 2-wheel drive and all-wheel drive models.
