This is an upgraded vertical pressure washer water pump compatible with Troy-Bilt 020240 and 020240-0 models. It offers a maximum pressure of 3100 PSI, a maximum flow of 2.5 GPM, and a maximum pump speed of 3400 RPM. The pump features a 7/8" shaft and a 3-bolt pattern (7 11/16" x 6 3/16" x 6 7/16" & 4" Center to Each Outer Hole). It can handle a maximum water temperature of 140°F, has a standard garden hose inlet, and a 22mm male outlet tube connection. The pump includes a chemical injector, unloader valve, thermal release valve, outlet tube, hose, and keyway. Depending on the engine configuration, longer bolts and spacers may be required for proper mounting, especially if the engine has a longer shaft or if the pump legs contact the frame or engine. The pump mounts vertically and is rear-facing. It requires at least 6HP to handle the PSI. The pump head can be flipped, and some models may require pump removal to change engine oil. It is not recommended to run the pump above its maximum PSI rating to prevent damage and injury.
