The CURT Echo® Mobile Trailer Brake Controller is a wireless, portable, and smartphone-controlled device designed for modern trailer towing. It plugs into a vehicle's 7-way RV blade connector and wirelessly connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth, allowing control and monitoring of trailer brake activity through a customizable app (Apple iOS and Android). It's designed for 2 to 4 electric trailer brakes (1-2 axles) and uses a triple-axis motion-sensing accelerometer for smooth stops. Installation is plug-and-play with automatic calibration, and its potted, weather-resistant enclosure protects internal components. The compact design allows for easy transfer between vehicles and trailers, and the app can store multiple vehicle-trailer profiles. It's compatible with low-volt, PWM, ABS, and cruise control systems, and includes reverse-polarity and short-circuit protection.
