1-Liter Air Oil Separator

The IAG Performance V3 Street Series Air/Oil Separator (AOS) is engineered to maintain OEM PCV system functionality while significantly supplementing its capacity. Based on years of extensive testing in standard and competition applications, this AOS features a large, 1-liter, cast aluminum swirl pot canister designed for superior oil separation from PCV gasses before they return to the intake system. The AOS boasts a fully-heated cast aluminum housing, enhanced venting, and a patent-pending baffle design. This construction effectively separates oil from the PCV system, preventing oil from coating intake components, intercoolers, and piping, which can lead to premature hose failure. By keeping oil out of the intake tract, it helps prevent detonation, pre-ignition, excessive emissions, smoke, power loss, and decreased gas mileage, ultimately extending engine life and reducing the risk of catastrophic engine failure. The V3 design introduces a completely redesigned cast aluminum body with an integrated coolant passage for improved heat retention and a cleaner installation, especially in colder climates. The heating system is upgraded with relocated coolant lines to the bottom of the body using new swivel fittings and an integrated coolant bleeder. This compact unit maintains the 1-liter capacity of previous versions but offers a sleeker design and removable ORB fittings for increased versatility. It is compatible with all fuel types, extends engine life, improves crankcase ventilation, and works with standard ECU calibrations.
