This kit features 1-piece calipers, precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, offering exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. The aluminum pistons contribute to superior heat management and uncompromised performance. This rear kit includes 2-piston lightweight aluminum calipers, standard on 11" and 12" Procomp rear systems, which greatly improve pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs. The kit utilizes two-piece rotors for a combination of lightweight construction, fade-free performance, and effective grip, suitable for both track and street driving. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included, which prevent hose expansion under pressure, resulting in a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their superior cooling, while slotted rotors are suggested for track-focused applications. The brake calipers come standard in various painted colors, with options for premium high-polish finishes or custom color choices. The kit includes NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, reducing dust and noise while maintaining rotor wear.
