The Ksport Procomp Rear Big Brake Kit offers enhanced stopping power and is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade for vehicles requiring superior performance under sustained high-heat conditions. The kit features lightweight, forged one-piece calipers constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring strength and resistance to corrosion. These calipers utilize an opposed-piston design for consistent brake pad grip and wear, and are equipped with high-temperature seals and aluminum pistons for uncompromised operation even at racetrack temperatures. The two-piece design allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, significantly reducing the risk of warping due to heat buildup. The kit includes 356mm x 32mm rotors, available in either slotted or cross-drilled styles, with slotted rotors recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily driving. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit also comes with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines that prevent expansion under pressure, providing a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Carbon steel caliper brackets are included to ensure direct bolt-on installation to OEM caliper bracket locations. This product is made to order and is non-refundable.
