The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in braking performance, especially under demanding high-heat situations. The calipers are constructed from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. They incorporate aluminum pistons for superior heat management. Rotor options include cross-drilled for better cooling on daily drivers or slotted for track-focused applications. Ksport provides various caliper options, including 6 or 8-pot front calipers and 2 or 4-pot rear calipers, depending on the rotor size. All kits include CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to accommodate the larger calipers and bolt directly to the OEM bracket location. The included SC5 Street Pads offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, preventing line expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. The Procomp system is available with custom caliper color options and finishes, and allows for the choice of slotted or cross-drilled rotors.
