The calipers are constructed from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, and feature aluminum pistons for improved heat management. Ksport offers various caliper configurations: 6-piston calipers are standard on 11" and 12" front kits, while 8-piston calipers are used on 13" and 14" front systems. Rear kits come with either 2-piston or 4-piston aluminum calipers. All kits include CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that allow for direct installation onto the OEM caliper bracket locations. Customization options are extensive, with standard caliper colors including Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, and premium finishes like Silver, Gold, Titanium, and Glassy/Hard Anodized Colors available. You can also choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled are recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking for street and occasional track use, reducing dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, improving pedal response and feel. This specific kit is designed for 2WD vehicles and fits the Chevrolet Cruze models from 2010-2015 with 1.6L or 1.8L engines.
