The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum in a forged one-piece design, ensuring unparalleled strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. This construction eliminates weak spots that can lead to fracturing or warpage. An opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear. These rotors feature 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections that act as heat sinks, reducing rotational mass and improving brake response. The two-piece design also helps prevent rotor warping due to heat buildup. This specific kit includes 356mm x 32mm cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors. Included with the kit are D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent hose expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Standard SC5 Street Pads are provided, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade option to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. This product is made to order and is non-refundable.
