1-Piece Forged Aluminum Caliper Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated, bolt-on upgrade features a one-piece forged caliper constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and durability while eliminating weak spots. The opposed-piston design promotes even brake pad wear and grip. The lightweight center sections are crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reducing rotational mass for quicker stopping response. The two-piece design allows the rotor sections to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping due to heat. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are suggested for track use to help dissipate heat and gases. Included standard are SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit also comes with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets are included to ensure proper fitment to OEM locations. The Procomp Big Brake Kit is made to order and comes with a 12-month limited warranty. Customization options for caliper color and center bell upgrades are available.
