The Ksport Procomp Rear Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade designed to enhance stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W211 E55 AMG and E63 AMG models from 2003-2008. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum in a lightweight, forged one-piece design, ensuring unparalleled strength and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals are standard for improved heat resistance and consistent operation. The opposed-piston design ensures even brake pad grip and wear. This big brake system features two-piece rotors for lightweight, fade-free performance. The two-piece design allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, reducing warping. Center sections crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum minimize rotational mass for improved brake response. Standard SC5 Street Pads are included, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An optional upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. Included in the standard kit are replacement calipers, 356x32mm rotors, street pads, stainless steel braided brake lines (DOT compliant), and CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets.
