1-Piece Forged Aluminum Caliper Kit

The Ksport Procomp 8 Piston Big Brake Kit is engineered as a sophisticated, bolt-on brake upgrade specifically designed to enhance braking power, particularly under sustained high-heat conditions. The kit utilizes 1-piece forged aluminum calipers, which are lightweight yet exceptionally strong and resistant to corrosion. These calipers feature aluminum pistons that offer improved heat resistance and ensure uncompromised operation. Included in the kit are two-piece rotors, available in slotted or cross-drilled options. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use due to their cooling properties, while cross-drilled rotors are better suited for daily driven vehicles. The opposed piston design of the 8-piston calipers significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs. Carbon steel caliper brackets, precision CNC machined, are provided to ensure proper fitment at the OEM caliper bracket location. This kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic for optimal street performance and reduced dust and noise. It also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. The standard kit includes two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors, one set of SC5 street brake pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting hardware.
