1-Piece Rear CV Driveshaft, 4-Inch Aluminum

The Driveshaft Shop CHSH39-A is a 4-inch aluminum 1-piece direct-fit rear CV driveshaft engineered to enhance your vehicle's performance and durability. This innovative design replaces the factory soft rubber-mounted shaft and adapter plates with a precision-ground CV that fits directly into the pinion flange, similar to the original equipment. This results in a lighter component with increased power-holding capability and improved drivetrain response, utilizing Chromoly internals for reliable power transfer. Designed for extreme performance, this driveshaft is rated to withstand over 1000 horsepower, making it suitable for even the most heavily modified engines. Installation of this 1-piece driveshaft requires specific precautions to ensure proper function and maintain warranty coverage. A Rear Subframe/Cradle Lock-out kit MUST be installed on the vehicle prior to installation. Failure to reinforce the rear cradle and limit movement can lead to damage and will void the warranty. Additionally, the exhaust system may need to be modified to provide adequate clearance of .75 inches. This driveshaft is designed for 2016-2023 Dodge Charger models equipped with automatic transmissions, specifically R/T, Scat Pack, SRT, and SRT392 trims. It WILL NOT fit Hellcat models. This driveshaft does not require spacers for installation.
