The CSF 3645 radiator is engineered as an OE-style replacement for the 2009-2014 Acura TL. This radiator features a durable construction with an aluminum core and plastic tanks, utilizing a down-flow design for efficient cooling. The unit includes a high-efficiency plate-type oil cooler with dimensions of 14 3/4 inches, a core length of 16 3/4 inches, a width of 30 3/8 inches, and a thickness of 7/8 inches. The inlet diameter is 1 5/16 inches on the left, and the outlet diameter is 1 1/4 inches on the left. CSF radiators are ISO/TSO certified and built to high-performance standards, undergoing laboratory wind tunnel testing for cooling performance validation. Each radiator is 100% leak tested at 150% of operating pressure before leaving the factory. Gaskets are made from special grade EPDM rubber, and the tanks are constructed from virgin grade engineered plastic resins with glass filling for added strength and durability.
