Icon Forged Pistons are forged from high ductile 2618 alloy. With a 1% silicon content 2618 alloy they are formulated and heat treated for the most demanding performance applications such as very high compression ratios, boosted application and nitrous. Crown and valve reliefs are cnc machined, and skirts are machined by UEM's unique in house built cnc machines. They feature top land mini groove technology and an accumulator groove to help eliminate flutter and maximize ring seal. Skirt and pin boss struts are designed to withstand heavy loads from high cylinder pressures. Wrist pins and spiral lock rings are included, along with 1.5mm 1.5mm 3mm rings. These pistons offer compression ratios of 11.1:1 (65cc), 10.0:1 (74.5cc), and 9.0:1 (85cc). Advertised piston weight is 398 grams, with a 130 gram wrist pin. They have an OE Deck Height of 9.250" and a standard bore size of 3.917". Note: These pistons have offset pins and are designed for 6.125" aftermarket rods.
