The Howards Cams 91163 is a set of hydraulic roller lifters designed for Chevrolet 265-400 engines. These lifters feature a high endurance vertical bar style and are made for high endurance performance applications, including marine use. They are engineered for continuous operation up to 6600 rpm and offer ideal seat pressures between 140-180 lbs.

The lifter body is machined from alloy steel bar stock and micro polished, while the nose wheel is case hardened for durability. Each lifter has a 2.663-inch seat height and a 0.842-inch body diameter, with a body height that is +0.300 inches taller. This set includes 16 lifters with center exhaust and center intake offsets.
