The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1497B is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically designed for 1987-1997 Ford F350 trucks equipped with Dual Rear Wheels (DRW) and featuring a 10.25-inch ring gear. This assembly offers a 4.10 gear ratio and is designed for models without Posi Traction. These axle assemblies are rebuilt to meet rigorous standards for precision and reliability. Each unit undergoes a comprehensive inspection process, including checks for straightness, cracks, and surface wear on housings and tubes. Internally, all components like ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers are fully inspected and tested. As part of the remanufacturing process, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
