Description

The USA Standard Gear spider gear set is engineered as a direct replacement for Ford 10.25" open differentials. This comprehensive kit contains all the necessary components for a complete repair or upgrade, including two side gears, two pinion gears, a cross pin shaft, a cross pin bolt, and spider gear thrust washers. Specifically designed for axles with 35 splines and utilizing a 12-bolt differential cover, this spider gear set ensures proper fitment and function within the Ford 10.25" axle housing. It is built to restore or enhance the differential's ability to distribute torque between the wheels during normal driving conditions. This spider gear set is compatible with various Ford and E-Series vehicles equipped with the 10.25" rear axle. Specific fitment includes 1985-1998 Ford F-250/F-350 models and 2003-2010 Ford E-250 and E-350 vans. As with all differential components, professional installation is recommended to ensure correct assembly and proper backlash settings for optimal performance and longevity.
