Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high quality standards. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Correct gear backlash is set. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM standards of straightness. Features an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
