The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-160C-P is a remanufactured Ford 10.5" Axle Assembly with a 3.31 ratio and Posi (Limited Slip Differential). It is designed for 2008-2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks with the 6.4L engine and Single Rear Wheel (SRW) configuration. Each axle assembly undergoes a thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The axle tubes are inspected to ensure OEM standards of straightness. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
