The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2043E is a remanufactured axle assembly built to high standards of precision and reliability. It is engineered for Ford vehicles from 2002-2004, specifically the Excursion and F350 models with single rear wheels (SRW), excluding cab chassis variants. This assembly features a 10.5-inch ring gear and a 4.10 gear ratio, along with a Posi-Traction differential for enhanced grip. The axle type is full-floating, and it comes with a differential cover. Zumbrota performs thorough inspections of all internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque.
