The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2182B is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for GM 14-bolt trucks manufactured between 2001 and 2005. This assembly features a 4.10 gear ratio, a 10.5-inch ring gear, and a full-float axle type. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings undergo testing for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, receive 100% inspection. To ensure precision setup and longevity, bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced, and correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements.
