10.5" Rear Axle Assembly (Electric Locker)

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-267B is a fully remanufactured axle assembly, built to restore optimal performance and reliability to your Ford Super Duty truck. This assembly is specifically designed for 2011 and 2012 Ford F-250 and F-350 models equipped with the 10.5-inch axle, a 4.30 gear ratio, single rear wheels (SRW), a gas engine, and an electric locker. This remanufactured unit undergoes a rigorous process to ensure it meets or exceeds original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. Key aspects of the remanufacturing process include inspection and straightening of all tubes to OEM specifications, and thorough testing of housings for surface wear and cracks. Internally, 100% inspection of all components, including the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carrier, is performed. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Furthermore, the housing undergoes a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore it to its original OEM finish.
