The Kicker 48TRTP102 is a 10-inch down-firing loaded subwoofer enclosure, specifically engineered to deliver robust bass in compact spaces, such as under truck seats or within trunks. This ultra-efficient enclosure houses a passive reFLEX subwoofer and a CompRT active subwoofer, pre-wired to a 2-Ohm terminal, providing exceptionally low bass frequencies. Constructed with thick MDF and extensive internal bracing, the TRTP enclosure is built to withstand demanding use, even when cargo is stacked on top. The CompRT subwoofer features signature red double stitching for a strong bond between its Santoprene surround and polypropylene woofer cone. KICKER's SoloKon™ technology integrates the cone with the vented back brace, creating a unified component that cools the motor and minimizes distortion. This thin-profile enclosure is optimized to work best with 400 watts of RMS power, handling up to 800 watts peak. It boasts a sensitivity of 96.5 dB and a tuning frequency of 42 Hz. The enclosure's dimensions are 25-5/8 inches wide, 13-1/4 inches deep, and 5-5/8 inches high, making it a space-saving solution for adding powerful bass to your vehicle's audio system.
