The Sundown Audio X-10v3D2 is a 10-inch subwoofer engineered to deliver extremely deep bass and handle significant power, boasting 2500 Watts RMS and 5000 Watts Peak. It features a 3-inch voice coil and is available in dual 1 or 2 ohm configurations, designed to set a new standard in the low-frequency, small-ported-box subwoofer category. This subwoofer is built with an extended pole piece and an impressive four inches of peak-to-peak excursion, optimized for ultra-deep bass and high power handling. Its incredibly linear suspension ensures maximum low-end extension even in smaller enclosures while maintaining very low distortion. The v.3 series showcases a substantially larger motor structure, improved motor ventilation, and a redesigned Mega-Roll v.2 surround for enhanced linearity and durability. Key specifications include an RMS power of 2500W and a peak power of 5000W. It has a Re (DC resistance) of 1.4 ohms (D1), a resonant frequency (Fs) of 39.104 Hz, and a Vas (equivalent volume) of 8.24 liters. The subwoofer's electro-mechanical parameters include Qes of 0.58, Qms of 5.07, and Qts of 0.52, with an inductance (Le) of 2.68 mH and a Bl product of 22.19.
