The Rockford Fosgate M1D2-10 Color Optix™ subwoofer is engineered to provide loud, clear, and accurate bass while enhancing your marine audio experience with customizable lighting. This 10-inch dual voice coil (DVC) subwoofer features an impedance switch, allowing you to easily select between 1-Ohm or 4-Ohm configurations. Built for the demanding marine environment, the M1D2-10 is Element Ready™, meaning it's designed to resist water, salt, and UV rays, ensuring longevity and reliability on the water. It boasts 300 Watts RMS power handling (1200 Watts Peak) and a frequency response of 20 Hz - 750 Hz. The integrated Deutsch™ and Amphenol™ connections ensure simple, error-proof plug-and-play connectivity. To fully utilize the lighting capabilities, the Color Optix™ feature requires the Rockford Fosgate Color Optix™ plug-and-play controller (sold separately) and the RF Connect™ App. This allows for extensive customization of bright, wide, and limitless lighting effects. The subwoofer also features a Santoprene VAST Surround for increased effective radiating cone area and a vented motor design with a water-repelling nano-coated mesh screen.
